Hi everyone! Long time no see

It's unbeliavable but it's been more than half a year since I last passed around here. A lot of things have happened since then and it's probably to much to talk about right now. 

I missed dA a lot this whole time, I think anybody here who knows me would know that dA has been like a second home to me and I love the friends I've made here dearly. There was a lot of struggle in my life the last few months, but I had wonderful people who supported me and had my back when I needed them most, this of course includes my lovely and kind deviant friends who I'm so grateful for. This is probably one of the main reasons why even after all this time I wouldn't be able to let this site go from my life completely, so here I am, back home. 

I want to know how you've been and what I've missed. It's going to take me a while to catch up with everything but I will start posting art again soon

Hi everyone, I feel like I haven't been here in forever! I've missed you all so much, how have you been doing?

I have been in San Diego, CA since a couple of months ago to practice my english in a language school. The classes have been amazing and I've made a lot of great friends from all around the world. However, I have been struggling this whole time because of money issues.

You might not be familiar with the situation that all venezuelan students who study abroad have to face. Our country's currency cannot be exchanged with any other currency in the world unless it's through the government. We request a certain amount that will go into our studies and housing and we pay them in our currency so that they will give us the dollars. I requested the money from them over 3 months ago and I haven't gotten an answer yet, so right now I'm still in San Diego but I don't have money to continue staying here. I have housing and school until December 12 and after that I don't have anywhere else to go and I don't even have enough money for food and transportation for this month.

Before I left my country I bought my plane ticket back to Venezuela for March 2015 since I had planned to stay here for six months, but if I have to go back sooner I have to pay an additional fee for changing the ticket's date and I don't even have a way of paying that either. The other issue is that because I'm under a student's visa, it's impossible for me to work here, so I don't really have a way of income, every cent I have is for spending and there's no way for me to get it back. So yeah, that's basically my situation right now, I've been struggling a lot and I don't know what to do anymore. The economy in my country is in really bad shape right now and I don't want to go back without even finishing my studies after all the money and effort I invested on this.

If you read all that you are awesome, thank you!! I'm not used to asking for things like this but I really need your help right now. I don't have access to a computer with Photoshop or a tablet right now so I'm not doing any digital art. What I do have is a notebook and a pencil. This is all I can offer right now and I hope some of you can help me.

I need to collect at least $1,000 before December 12 in order to stay another month and keep trying/waiting for my government's response. It sounds like an impossible task but I'm going to try. I'm going to offer Pencil Sketch Commissions that I will make in my notebook to anyone who would like to help me.

I really hope the prices are ok, right now I took the pictures of the drawings with my phone to show you the examples, but I will have access to an actual scanner during weeks for the finished pieces.
